This business is a tough one to get into and I couldn’t have done it without Connections, Career Connections and it’s a great concept. It really is. You have people in the job, on the job, working with you one on one taking you with what I might add great enthusiasm. The job that I do they choose to participate in this program along with Jim Pettula and they choose to take on and their mentees if they want to and it’s someone who loves their job training you to do what they do.
