Become a Radio Connection Mentor

WELCOME. The Radio Connection is a licensed mentoring school that would like to connect you with a student near you.

Every day, students throughout America contact us to enter the radio business. We offer those students a one-on-one experience.
You would take them through our curriculum and teach them real-world radio. Students are carefully screened for their willingness to work hard and understanding that radio is not an easy business.

As a professional broadcaster you would be paid to be a mentor just as an adjunct professor is paid at your local college.

You would:

• Work with the student to agree on a schedule of meetings that is good for both of you.
• Provide a comfortable work environment such as a conference room at a radio station or other business facility.
• Make it possible for the student to gain hands on in-station experience.
