Dear Jimi,

It has been a pleasure being a mentor and helping my student Tim Kennard get into the radio business. Your program is a very good introduction, and puts the student on the fast track to a career.

I hired Tim as a part-timer shortly after he began the program. He has learned on state of the art digital equipment, and would be at home in any station in the country. Tim is now a full-time employee responsible for our four AM Stations. He is a serious and dedicated employee.
