Danny,
I am happy to report that Jim Wright has been working as a board operator at 2 of our stations since early June, running ball games and various remotes. And soon an opportunity will open up for him to do a regular shift on our News station.

Jim has had some pretty big obstacles to overcome. But by working hard on his assignments, and diligently doing the exercises I have suggested, he’s made tremendous strides. He’s really come a long ways! I’m sure Jim would thank you for helping him get started toward his new career.

I would personally like to thank The Radio Connection for the opportunity to teach Jim, but more importantly, for helping me re-connect with some of the reasons why I got involved in the radio business in the first place.
