One on One Learning

The best way to learn just about anything is one-on-one, just you and the person who is teaching you. This allows you to interact with our structured course curriculum while developing the skills you need for a career in broadcasting or podcasting. The programs are structured, students must maintain the attendance standards, the student cannot complete only the materials they are interested in, the student must complete the curriculum within a designated time frame.

Of course, the success of one-on-one learning depends upon the quality of your mentor and Academic Facilitator. Obviously, the quality of your instruction is an important consideration as well as considering how you learn best— in a traditional classroom setting, or through private one-on-one in person externship with a guru in a radio production environment and online learning, like we do with the Radio Connection.

In the Radio Connection program area of Recording Radio Film Connection & CASA Schools (RRFC), our mentors and Academic Facilitators take the place of the conventional teachers you would encounter in a traditional college or conventional trade school. All of our Radio Connection mentors are broadcast professionals: announcers, radio DJs, hosts, voiceover artists, program directors, TV Hosts, You Tube Content Producers and the like. They’ve been in the business an average of 15 years, and there’s not much they don’t know about the broadcasting industry. Let’s face it, they’re pros.

So think about it. Wouldn’t you like to learn from someone like Jim Daniels, Walter Sabo, Sean the Rabbai, Eytan Shandler, Erica Farber, and others?

One on one learning, the mentor externship method of education has been around since Socrates and Aristotle for a reason—because it works. When you really think about it, why would you want to learn any other way?
